We are so excited to share with you our latest achievements at the BizX Awards 2022. We took to the stage in front of hundreds of companies, from around the country, to accept the winning trophy for Best Marketing Campaign Of The Year! We also became Finalists for Best Retailer, Best E-commerce Company, Best Customer Service as well as the Best Overall Company for the second year in a row!
Hosted by Clare Balding, the BizX Awards 2022, held in Farnborough was set up by ActionCoach, an international franchise of expert business coaches founded by Brad Sugars. The BizX Awards recognises the success and achievements of companies all over the company. Speakers at the event who came to teach, inspire and motivate all attendees included Stephen Covey, Dr Tony Alessandra, Sarah Beeny and Noel Fitzpatrick among others.
Meet The Marketing Team
Our marketing team consists of Manager, Gemma and Marketing Assistants Kamila, Claire and Emma. They absolutely love helping customers that struggle with styling silky fine hair or thick and unruly hair. The team create tutorials in real time when customers need help with styling inspiration. The team make it their mission to get the right content to different customers with different hair types and needs at the right times that best suits them. They do this by measuring at what times our customers tend to open their emails so that we know when is a good time for them to sit down with a cup of tea to explore the new collections and watch hair tutorial videos at their leisure.

We are so thrilled to have been shortlisted for the Best Customer Service Award! Sophia and the team Lesley and Brooke love talking to our lovely customers, from hearing about what hair styles they have been experimenting with as well as recommending other hair accessories that will be best suited to their unique hair types!
Our customers are at the heart of what we do and the customer care team enjoy making sure that each and every one of our customers are happy with their new hair accessories and this is reflected in our thousands of 5 star customer reviews!

We are so happy to have been recognised for these awards too! To be finalists for Best Overall Company for two years in a row is such an achievement for us! There were so many other incredible companies in attendance and we feel honoured to have been shortlisted.
