Extra Procedures In Place Due To Covid-19

Dear Tegen Accessories community

In this time of uncertainty we would like to reassure you that Tegen Accessories are doing everything we possibly can to keep everyone safe and to help slow the spread of Covid-19.

We are closely following Government advice and have introduced stringent and rigorous cleaning and hygiene procedures across the work areas, and making sure all items are sanitised regularly.  

Our online store is open as usual and we are working from home where possible. There have been some delays to deliveries due to Royal Mail, but mostly Royal Mail are getting back to normal lead times now. Please see our updated delivery details

We have tried to work out how we can make things a little easier for our customers when ordering from us, so we are  extending our returns policy. Just let us know if you would like an exchange or refund within 28 days of your order, and then you have 90 days from the date of receipt to send back your order to us. We are also extending our  Free standard delivery to all UK orders, and free delivery over £50 for our international customers.

Our Brighton boutique is now permanently closed.
