Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next working day.
The rates below cover England, Scotland, Wales, the Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey. Northern Ireland options are listed separately below.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days to be safe. £3.95 or FREE on orders £45+
Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery. Usually delivered within 1-2 working days. £4.95
DPD Next Day Delivery. Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for delivery the next working day. £5.95 or FREE on orders £100+
DPD Local Collection Point. Collect from a local shop or Post Office within 2 working days. Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. £3.95
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®. Order before 3pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery. £9.95
Northern Ireland: Royal Mail. All our UK Royal Mail options above are available at the same prices as the rest of the UK, including FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 on orders £45+.
Northern Ireland: DPD Tracked Delivery. Usually delivered within 2 working days. Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. £13.00
Local Collection (Brighton North Laine). Pick up location: 14 Tichborne Street, Brighton, BN1 1UR. We will email you as soon as your order is ready to collect. Usually within 24 hours. Free of charge.
For the Scottish Highlands, the Northern Isles and the Channel Islands, please allow a little longer than the timescales above, as our couriers do not publish a delivery target for these areas.
Duties & Taxes Included Shipping is available to 61 destinations worldwide, including the USA, Canada, and most of Europe and Australasia. All duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there's no surprise bill when your order arrives. Prices start from £13.50 GBP, typically arriving within 3-13 working days.
Standard International Shipping covers all other destinations. Prices start from £10.75 GBP, typically arriving within 5-15 working days. These orders may be subject to duties and taxes on arrival.

Returns Policy
We have a 90-day returns policy, which means you have 90 days from the date on your invoice to request a return for an exchange, store credit or refund.
We want you to have a carefree shopping experience at TEGEN. If you are not completely happy with your new hair accessory, please return it to us, and we will offer you an exchange, store credit or a refund.
